Advice. After installing Workflow before running the Workflow application

Symptom: When you launch a Workflow (or Webi) application, you receive an HTTP Internet 404: Page not found error. You cannot access your login information for the app.
Possible cause (1): The web device is not properly communicating with the entire servlet engine. Confirm this by trying to run the script servlet (eg JRun for the servlet engine, see
Solution (1): Establish a proper connection between the servlet engine and a specific type of web server. See the servlet engine readme files for how to provide this marketing to the appropriate web server. (for example, in JRun, go to the jrun admin console and execute any connector wizard.) Successfully running the servlet exploration page should resolve the symptom, except for the natural one. Possiblecause (2)
Resolution Make sure the web host is working properly. See the server’s web instructions for how to properly set up the computer’s website. Successful launch of the webserver/homepage launcher should fix the problem for the time being, unless Possible Cause (1)
Symptom: When accessing the Workflow (or Webi) application by logging into the site, a helpful “Invalid Administrator Account” window appears. After clicking OK on this window, we now have 3 edit segments (instead of 2 edit fields for username and password and a specific pre-populated dropdown list of domains onlyfor reading).
Possible Cause (1): Unable to upload the eTrust admin directory. Most likely your internet browser is not getting the application properties in time for the login servlet. This is rare and may depend on the phone.The software to fix your PC is just a click away - download it now.
